Convinced clients to broaden the scope of this project to address all KPIs and the overall mobile navigation experience instead of a partial fix. Heavily supported two rounds of user testing. Final impact was a 45% increase in CTR into the menu, 17% increase in CTR to shopping tools, and 15% increase in CTR to a vehicle page.
